Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. You should be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients worldwide, across multiple companies and countries.

Proven significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
Qualified Lawyer (Common Law Jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE.
Extensive experience advising and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
Experience with international contracts and contracts governed by foreign laws.
Experience working within or with a software or IT company (Essential).
Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential).
Knowledge of global data protection laws, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend meetings.
This role is based in the UK and primarily remote.
