Interim Recruitment Administrator - Birmingham (2 Days Onsite)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (pro rata)

I am recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide interim support to a busy and friendly team.
This role is based onsite in Birmingham for 2 days per week.
Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities:
* Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
* Support the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding administration
* Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records
* Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other documentation
* Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
Recruitment Administrator Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Available to start immediately
