Change Manager - Employee Relations Transformation Location: London, 2 days per week onsite Duration: 6-month contract Day rate: £500-£600 inside ir35 Join a transformative project to reshape how employee relations are managed. As a Change Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of a new operating model across multiple workstreams. Change Manager Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and deliver change management interventions to embed key outcomes across five ER Transformation Programme workstreams: Operating Model, Training & Capability, Resolution First, Technology & Reporting, and Wellbeing. Lead stakeholder engagement and communications to build advocacy and secure buy-in for changes. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Culture Transformation programme for seamless delivery and well-rounded change interventions. Support the HR function and business leaders to adopt new capabilities, processes, and ways of working. Develop and deliver learning and development initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to the new operating model. Change Manager Skills and Experience: Proven experience leading change for complex, multi-disciplinary transformation programmes (HR change management experience is a plus). Strong ability to manage a complex stakeholder landscape and engage senior leaders. In-depth knowledge of best practice change management principles. Skilled in influencing others to gain buy-in and facilitate change across teams. Experience in complex problem solving, with a focus on creative solutions and identifying opportunities.
