What you'll do

The experience you'll need
To be considered for this role, demonstrate the following in your application:
* Provide effective administration support for the Onboard team, including:
o Arranging hearings and meetings, taking minutes.
o Organizing medicals and maintaining records.
o Liaising with procurement and Area Managers on orders.
o Issuing equipment, uniforms, and briefing notes.
o Maintaining document filing systems.
o Producing weekly timesheets for payroll.
o Handling correspondence.
o Updating notice boards and supporting disruption roster production.
o Supporting performance investigations and intranet maintenance.
o Covering team absences as directed.
Where will I work?
This role is 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) based at Ashford.
Additional experience required
Demonstrate:
* Experience in an administrative support role.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Word, Excel, and databases.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
* Extensive note-taking experience.
* Experience managing diaries and booking rooms and events.
