First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Field Service Electrician (CompEx) on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client values applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct testing and periodic inspection of electrical installations.
2. Demonstrate effective fault-finding skills to identify and resolve electrical issues.
3. Install cable trays and handle PYRO/XLPE/SWA/PVC cabling, with knowledge of motors and control panels being advantageous.
4. Work collaboratively with teams and independently when required.
5. Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
6. NVQ Level 3 qualified (Electrical)
7. Clean Driving Licence
8. City & Guilds 18th Edition
9. ECS/CSCS Approved Electrician
10. City & Guilds 2394 and 2395 OR 2391 and 2352
11. CompEx Ex01-04 (Desirable)
12. ComPex Ex07-08 (Desirable)
Location: South West, England
Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 Per annum
