* Strong commitment and drive to achieve goals.

* Passion for tourism and a desire to grow and develop within the industry.
* Self-motivated, willing to act on feedback, and takes ownership of their development.
* Determined to learn and work towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
* Grades 9–4 GCSE in English and Math or equivalent are preferred.
* Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, with shifts typically shared 4 weeks in advance.
