We are a fast-paced recruitment agency with a strong flow of incoming roles, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised individual to help us build and manage a consistent pipeline of skilled operators.
This is a key support role focused on engaging candidates, keeping our database up to date, and ensuring we always know who is available for work.
What You’ll Be Doing

Contacting candidates daily via WhatsApp, SMS, and email
*
Checking availability and maintaining regular engagement
*
Updating and managing our CRM system with accurate information
*
Logging responses and tracking candidate status
*
Following up with candidates who haven’t responded
*
Supporting consultants by building a live pipeline of available operators
You’ll be expected to reach out to a high volume of candidates each day (typically 200+), using templates and tools provided.
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable using messaging apps, email, and basic systems
*
Highly organised with good attention to detail
*
Reliable and able to work independently
*
Confident handling repetitive tasks with consistency
No prior recruitment experience is required—full guidance and simple processes will be provided.
Tools & Setup
We will provide a dedicated work mobile phone and number with unlimited calls and data for all candidate communication.
You’ll just need access to your own laptop or computer to manage emails and our CRM system. Everything is web-based and easy to use.
