Experience & Qualifications
* Strong track record working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
* Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
* Robust industry knowledge, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Will ideally have experience working in line with HTM 0301 guidelines
* Excellent communication skills
* Good literacy and numeracy skill level
* Proficient in using IT software
The Role
* Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and cooling towers
* Produce detailed risk assessment reports to highlight any found risks
* Make appropriate recommendations for remedial works
* Act as key point of contact for clients, answering any technical or logistical queries
* Perform ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
* Work to agreed deadlines and personal targets
* Maintain high levels of service standards
* Travel in line with company needs
