Job Overview
We are looking for two Data Assistants to work within our Central Rostering Team, based in the People & Culture Directorate’s HR Service Centre. eRostering is being rolled out to all wards and departments in NHS Grampian and will ensure that clinical and non-clinical staff are rostered effectively so that the right staff are in the right place at the right time to deliver safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Input data into the eRostering system and the Scottish Standard Time System (SSTS).
* Maintain high standards of accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
* Support the Central Rostering Team’s goals of effective staff scheduling.
Qualifications
* Good standard of education: 5 National 5 qualifications or 5 Standard Grades at credit level, or relevant equivalent experience in an administration environment.
* Good communication skills and a command of the English language.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Contract & Interview Details
We are recruiting to two full‑time posts on a fixed‑term basis until 30th September 2026. Interviews will be held in person during the week commencing 30th March, with successful candidates expected to commence employment shortly thereafter.
