We are recruiting an Accountant for a leading organisation based south of Aberdeen. This role will manage the finance administration function, with responsibility for accurate invoicing, month-end reporting, and overseeing the site Administration Team. The successful candidate will be an experienced excellent Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and proven experience in managing financial processes. Strong communication and organisational abilities are essential, along with the confidence to liaise across Commercial, Technical, and Operational Teams. The role is office based and full time.
* Overseeing and supporting the site Administration Team.
* Ensuring all invoices are accurate and processed on time.
* Applying correct contracted and non-contracted rates.
* Preparing month-end accruals and supporting financial reporting.
* Maintaining invoice trackers and internal records.
* Acting as a super-user for internal systems and processes.
* Driving efficiency and accuracy in data and workflows.
* Building strong relationships with Commercial, Technical, and Operational Teams.
