Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee audits from planning through to completion
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients
* Review and sign off audit files as an RI
* Support and mentor junior team members, assisting in their development
* Contribute to business development and strategic decision-making
* Work closely with Partners and the leadership team to drive the business forward
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Must be a Responsible Individual (RI) or eligible for RI status
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Must have a minimumm of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
