We are seeking full time Factory Operatives to join our production team based at our innovative factory in Framlingham, with positions available in all areas of the Factory.

Job outline & skills required
* Cleaning, waxing, prepping moulds for lay-up
* Application of various release agents/material identification
* Gel coat application, laminating skills and hand tool dexterity
* Trimming / Finishing
* Packing/Shipping
* General housekeeping duties changing barrels and re-filling dispensers/cleaning
* Excellent team spirit and work ethic
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Experience with GRP laminating (Advantageous)
* Experience trimming and finishing of GRP parts (Advantageous)
* Experience wrapping/protecting out bound deliveries (Advantageous)
