We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to support the delivery of an efficient, high-quality lettings service. You will play a key role in the customer journey, from marketing properties and coordinating viewings to supporting customers through to sign-up. This includes managing enquiries, carrying out affordability checks, preparing documentation, and keeping customers informed throughout. We’re looking for someone with: Experience in a customer-facing role Strong communication and organisational skills Good IT skills and attention to detail Knowledge of lettings, housing, or welfare benefits (desirable) Experience supporting vulnerable customers (advantageous) You’ll be someone who puts customers first, values others, and takes ownership of delivering a great service.
