As Talent Advisor, you’ll play a key role in attracting, hiring, and supporting the best people, while helping to shape a culture where everyone can thrive.
What you’ll do

Manage recruitment end-to-end, from writing job briefs and sourcing candidates to running interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Promote our employer brand across channels and keep our careers site and ATS engaging.
*
Lead onboarding and probation reviews to ensure new starters feel welcomed and supported.
*
Support managers with career development, training plans, and retention strategies.
*
Use data and insights to guide workforce planning and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for

Strong background in recruitment, HR and talent attraction, with an eye for employer branding.
*
Knowledge of HR systems, employment law, and interview best practice.
*
Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
*
Collaborative, inclusive, and passionate about people and culture.
The details
*
Salary: £35,000 + £250 referral bonus for direct hires who pass probation
*
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–3pm
