Cameron James Professional Recruitment is partnering with a high-performing, market-leading estate agency group operating across Oxford, West Oxford and Bicester. We are seeking experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Advisors / Mortgage Brokers to join established, busy branches across these key Oxfordshire locations.
These branches benefit from excellent footfall, strong brand presence and consistent lead flow. Many locations achieve high monthly sales volumes, with typical property values between £350,000 – £550,000, resulting in strong case sizes and significant commission potential.
This hybrid structure—3 days in-branch and 2 days from home—offers the best blend of flexibility and productivity. With pre-booked appointments, strong introducer relationships, and solid back-office support, advisors are positioned to achieve outstanding earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Across Oxford, West Oxford and Bicester, your role will include:
• Conducting in-depth consultations and completing full fact-finds
• Advising on whole-of-market mortgage solutions
• Delivering clear, professional advice on mortgage and protection products
• Managing applications from enquiry through to completion
• Liaising with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, underwriters and estate-agency partners
• Offering protection advice including life, CIC and income protection
• Building long-term relationships with clients and branch teams
• Maximising every lead to drive strong income and repeat business
The Ideal Candidate
You will thrive in this Oxfordshire opportunity if you are:
• An experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker (minimum 2 years)
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Skilled across whole-of-market products and lender criteria
• A confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple active cases
• Commercially driven, motivated and committed to high earnings
• Proficient with mortgage sourcing systems and CRM tools
