The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at our Ashford office. This is an office based role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to learn quickly by being close to the action.
You will
* Prospect, qualify and book meetings with decision makers
* Manage outbound campaigns and follow up on inbound leads
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline in HubSpot
* Understand client pain points and map them to Flowbird solutions
* Work closely with the commercial director and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
What Success Looks Like
* Consistent achievement of meeting booking and pipeline creation targets
* Clean and accurate CRM activity and reporting
* Bringing market intelligence back into the business to improve campaigns
About You
You will thrive in this role if you
* Live within 15 miles of Ashford Kent, as this role is office based
* Have at least one year of experience in BDR, SDR, telesales or similar commercial roles or a strong desire to break into sales
* Are resilient and comfortable with rejection and do not take it personally
* Communicate with clarity, confidence and energy
* Are curious about technology automation and process improvement
* Are highly organised and keep your pipeline and CRM spotless
