Overview
This Senior Media Manager is a client-facing contract opportunity for an experienced media specialist who enjoys shaping digital strategy, leading conversations, and delivering measurable results. You’ll work closely with well-known global technology brands, owning integrated media activity from planning through to performance review. This six-month contract starts in March and offers hybrid working, with two days per week based in a central Bristol office and flexibility on the remaining days.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Media Manager, you’ll take a visible, client-facing role on integrated media accounts. You’ll lead day-to-day media activity for agency clients including Amazon, Google and PayPal. You’ll plan, execute and optimise campaigns across search, paid social, display, content syndication and newsletters.
You’ll build clear media strategies and talk clients through the thinking behind them. You’ll manage live campaigns, monitor performance, and translate data into practical recommendations. Regular client updates, performance reviews and reporting will be part of your role. Internally, you’ll work closely with strategy and client teams to ensure campaigns stay aligned to wider objectives. This Senior Media Manager role combines communication, organisation and delivery, with accountability for outcomes.
Qualifications
What experience you’ll need to apply
* Proven experience in a client-facing media or integrated marketing role.
* Background working with B2B and/or technology-focused clients.
* Experience presenting media plans, results and recommendations to clients.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads and paid social channels.
* Ability to analyse campaign data and produce clear, structured reports.
* Experience managing multiple agency accounts or projects at the same time.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills in professional settings.
* Experience working within a marketing agency or consultancy-style environment.
