Your new role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional HR operations on a large-scale infrastructure project,
ensuring internal standards and regulatory requirements are met. Acting as a key point of contact for managers, you will offer HR guidance that supports business objectives and strengthens the relationship between leadership and employees. In addition, you will produce HR reports and contribute to ongoing improvements in HR processes and best practice.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in HR is essential, ideally supported by a degree in human resources and/or a CIPD qualification. You will bring solid experience in delivering operational HR support within a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships and provide confident, solutions‑focused HR advice.
