Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Speech and Language Therapist for an on-site role at our Milton Keynes location. Responsibilities include assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as supporting patients with dysphagia. The therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans, provide patient-centered care, and maintain accurate patient records. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to support the goals of care within secure settings is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech challenges
Knowledge and experience in treating Dysphagia
Proficiency in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
Ability to assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
Relevant professional registration and credentials
Experience working in secure or high-complexity settings is beneficial
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
