Residential Conveyancer
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
A successful and growing Middlesbrough is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join its busy team in Middlesbrough.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
* Progressing files efficiently in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Skills & Experience
\n
* Minimum 4 + years' experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Fee Earner considered)
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and legislation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Experience using case management systems
