This role is available for an immediate start and offers long-term potential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities of the Dispatch & Logistics Operative. Picking orders, scanning devices on a PC, and boxing orders for shipment. Organising and optimising storage areas to ensure efficient operations. Managing despatch to B2B customers, scheduling collections, and handing shipments to couriers. Receiving deliveries and ensuring items are directed to the correct department. Collaborating effectively within a team and maintaining a fast and accurate workflow. What We’re Looking For in a Logistics Operative: Experience in goods-in and dispatch operations. Strong PC skills, with basic knowledge of Excel. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. A proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
