Hybrid 3:2 based from local office with some travel
This isnt a role for the faint-hearted. The business is growing quickly through acquisitions, meaning youll be working with stakeholders across multiples offices, at varying levels of integration into the business, many of which still operate on their legacy T&Cs and have little prior experience of working with an HR function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be the "boots on the ground" trusted advisor for regional leadership.
