Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional seeking a fulfilling role? CCH are looking for individuals like you to join our rapid response team!
Role Summary
Pay Rate: Upto £21,840pa plus 30p per mile
Location: Areas include, but not limited to - Hinckley ,Burbage, Barwell, Earl Shilton, Desford, Fleckney, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, Little Bowden, Great Bowden, Kibworth.
Hours: 7am-2pm & 4pm- 10pm –Alternate weekends
About the position
CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Care Professionals to provide dedicated support to the local people of Hinckley and surrounding areas, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.
As an integral member of CCH, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care.
Your responsibilities will include
1. Growth - Opening new care packages to the service to promote to growth within the area
2. Companionship – being a friendly face & preventing loneliness
3. Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene
4. Medication – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders
5. Mealtimes – preparing tasty meals
6. Housekeeping – keeping their home just the way they like it
7. Mobility – help with getting around
The Successful Care Professional will ensure this is done with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the team
8. Proficient in effective communication across all levels
9. Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group
10. Successfully passed DBS screening
11. Patience, compassion & a positive attitude at all times
12. Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge
13. Display initiative and autonomy
