Reporting To: Head of Operations
Location: Aldershot, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:45-17:30
Salary: Circa £35,000 p.a. (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a growing business that manages large portfolio in the tech sector. The company provides a mix of content scheduling, campaign delivery, and operational support to clients ranging from local independents to national brands.
The Operations department is the central hub of the organisation, working closely with multiple teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Due to recent growth, the role has clear potential to progress into a senior position.
Responsibilities
As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
Scheduling and managing content across a range of internal and external systems
Ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule, with any changes briefed in advance
Liaising with sales and administration teams to meet deadlines and coordinate artwork delivery
Reviewing and amending creative content when required to meet specifications
Checking availability of assets and platforms ahead of campaign launches
Coordinating photography requirements, briefs, and incoming files
Supporting project management tasks including installations, maintenance visits, and preparation of risk assessments and permits
Acting as a key link between internal teams, venues, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
Previous experience in an operational, planning, or scheduling role
Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Confidence working autonomously and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database management
Basic knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop) would be an advantage
A professional approach to client and customer communications
A Typical Day Could Include
Planning upcoming campaigns and ensuring all assets are received in time
Managing artwork and content scheduling across various systems
Liaising with sales teams to confirm requirements and photography needs
Supporting project coordination, including installations and maintenance
Providing professional operational support to venues and stakeholders
