Senior Analytics Consultant
Fully Remote in The UK
£60,000-£65,000 + Bonus + Shares/Equity
I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing, self-funded analytics consultancy specialising in marketing effectiveness, digital insight and media performance; now in their 5th year, they’ve built a strong retained client base, including a long-term strategic partnership relationship with a major global pharmaceutical group. Following recent leadership meetings and a strong, accelerating sales pipeline, this is a genuine growth hire as the business scales sustainably; they’re now seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to aid continued growth!
The Team
You’ll report into the Analytics Director and work closely with the two co-founders. This is not a management role, but you will mentor and deliver through others; shaping output quality, raising analytical standards and influencing client thinking. The leadership team are hands-on and highly supportive, and this role sits right at the heart of their most important client relationships
The Role
This is a relationship-led senior analytics role focused on managing key accounts through data.
You will:
* Own and develop senior client relationships across a subset of global pharma brands
* Deliver ~2 major insight outputs per month
* Build on existing frameworks and deepen commercial impact
* Develop and implement measurement frameworks with global agency partners
* Evaluate digital marketing & media effectiveness (site performance, media impact, channel ROI)
* Challenge and validate media agency outputs; cutting through noise to what matters
* Present confidently to Marketing Directors & CMO-level stakeholders
* Think on your feet with data in high-level discussions
* Contribute to pitches and account growth
* Help shape new methodologies and internal data products
Your Skills & Experience
* Digital Analytics Expertise – Adobe preferred but not essential
* Proven experience managing senior stakeholders through data
* Ability to challenge and validate agency work constructively
