Job
Responsibilities:
· Set up and break down event spacesfor conferences and banquets, ensuring all
materials and equipment are in place.
· Coordinate with the kitchento manage food and beverage orders for events.
· Interact with gueststo provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any
inquiries or concerns.
· Serve food and beveragesduring events, ensuring adherence to quality and
presentation standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and organisationin all service areas.
· Monitor guest feedbackand implement improvements to enhance the
overall guest experience.
· Follow safety and hygiene protocolsto ensure a safe working environment.
· Assist with inventory managementand restocking supplies as needed.
· Support team membersand collaborate to achieve common goals.
Safety and

Report
maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the
manager.

Complete safety

Qualifications:
