Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick 12-Month Fixed Term Contract, Hybrid, 2 days on site Salary up to £44,000 per annum 10% completion bonus We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting a fast-paced logistics operation with a strong focus on driver recruitment and seasonal hiring. This is a true 360° recruitment role, offering the opportunity to act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business while managing high-volume and specialist hiring needs in a dynamic operational environment. The Role As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the logistics operation, acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring a smooth, effective hiring process throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Include Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding Acting as a key business partner to logistics and operational leaders, advising on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and workforce planning Leading driver recruitment campaigns, including peak and seasonal hiring requirements Coordinating and delivering seasonal and volume recruitment at pace while maintaining quality Managing and optimising relationships with external recruitment agencies and suppliers Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and relevant employment legislation Using data and insights to track recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring outcomes About You We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a high-volume, operationally driven environment.
