Overview

Responsibilities
* Provide visible deterrence and respond to incidents.
* Complete incident reports and collaborate with local authorities.
* Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
* Assess and identify vulnerabilities and proactively minimise risk.
* Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable.
* Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress.
* Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with customer policy.
* Digitally report incidents using tablets/phones for daily activity planning.
* Deliver detailed and legible incident reporting to assist the client and local authorities.
Requirements
* Valid SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence.
* Full training provided; prior retail security experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Full 5‑year checkable work or back‑to‑school history.
* Right to work documents and recent proof of address.

16 Hours + Relief Hours – Shift pattern: Friday & Saturday 14:00 – 22:00 with relief shifts around the area.
