We’re supporting a growing global digital agency with a strong footprint across the UK, Europe and the US. The agency partners with major B2B and B2C brands across technology, SaaS, consumer products and digital-first sectors. They deliver integrated campaigns spanning web, CRM, creative, digital content, brand, and customer experience.
This is a fully remote role within a high-performing client services team, working across a portfolio of established and fast-growth accounts.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (or an Account Director ready to step down into a hands-on role) to own and grow key client relationships while ensuring exceptional delivery across multi-channel campaigns.
You will:
* Lead day-to-day client communication and act as the primary strategic contact
* Manage and grow a mix of B2B and B2C accounts, demonstrating commercial awareness and identifying opportunities for expansion
* Shape briefs, challenge thinking, and guide clients toward effective web, CRM, creative, and digital outcomes
* Work closely with strategy, creative, UX, CRM, and digital specialists to deliver integrated work
* Support pitch activity, proposals and account growth planning
* Develop a deep understanding of client needs, their products/services, and the competitive landscape
* Track account performance and ensure work delivered aligns with objectives and KPIs
* Build long-term partnerships through trust, expertise, and proactive insight
* Support junior team members where needed and contribute to wider client services best practice

You
You will thrive here if you:
* Have strong agency experience across a blend of web, CRM, creative and digital channels
* Bring a history of managing accounts that have grown year-on-year
* Have experience across both B2B and B2C brands
* Operate at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level, comfortable owning client relationships
* Can challenge clients constructively, communicate clearly, and build trust fast
* Understand digital ecosystems, content, campaigns, and customer journeys
* Commercially astute and confident identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
* Enjoy working fully remotely and supporting teams across multiple geographies
Desirable
* Experience working on enterprise technology clients
* Exposure to CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), web builds, or content-led campaigns
* Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and pitch development
