Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Belfast. This is a fully office-based role suited to a driven recruiter with a proven background in healthcare recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing healthcare professionals across a range of clients while building strong relationships with both candidates and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the healthcare sector
2. Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates
4. Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
5. Manage candidate compliance and onboarding processes
6. Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
7. Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS system
Requirements
8. Proven experience working in healthcare recruitment (essential)
9. Strong billing or sales track record within recruitment
10. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
11. Ability to work in a target-driven environment
12. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
13. Self-motivated and resilient
