Deputy Manager (Supported Living – Mental Health) Location: Chorlton, Manchester Salary: £36,000 per annum (includes shared on-call) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm We are looking to recruit a Deputy Service Manager to work within a small, well-established supported living service in Chorlton, Greater Manchester. The service provides 24-hour support for adults living with enduring mental health needs, and supports 15 tenants aged between 18 and 75. Due to expansion, we are seeking a Deputy Manager to join the leadership team. You will work alongside the existing Deputy and Registered Manager (both clinical) to ensure the highest standards of care and support. The Role Provide day-to-day management support for staff and tenants. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver safe, person-centred care. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies. Contribute to clinical oversight (if a nurse), or provide strong operational leadership (if non-clinical with relevant experience).
