Responsibilities for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor will include:
* Provide health and safety advice, communicating proactively with employees.
* Conduct site audits and attend client meetings as the SHEQ representative.
* Deliver internal training, toolbox talks, and support new employee inductions.
* Support the Integrated Management System for compliance and continuous improvement.
* Conduct incident investigations with root cause analysis if required
The successful Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role within construction, utilities, fit-out, or household energy sectors
* A NEBOSH or NVQ qualification at certificate level (or equivalent).
* Effective communication skills, providing support, training, and clear verbal/written interaction with colleagues and clients.
* The ability to influence and engage across sites
