As a Business Support Officer, you will join a friendly and experienced team providing essential support to several key services, including Children in Care, Leaving Care, Separated Children, the Placement Hub, and other professionals based at the Pears Centre.
Working hours are Monday 09:00-17:30, Tuesday 09:00-17:30 and Wednesday 09:00-15:00.
This role is primarily reception-based, located at Pears Centre, Coventry (CV7 9RA). You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing day-to-day incoming telephone enquiries
2. Monitoring and actioning the shared team inbox
3. Coordinating and maintaining multiple service calendars
4. Providing administrative support to professionals working from the Pears Centre
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident in a front-facing role, and passionate about supporting services that make a real difference to children and young people.
