Due to continued growth across the East Midlands, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their expanding Northern Technical Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and forward-thinking developer at an exciting stage of growth.


The Role

Reporting to the Head of Technical, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of complete design packages ensuring drawings and detailed information are accurate, coherent and delivered on time.


You’ll play a key role in coordinating design solutions that are both efficient and practical, ensuring developments are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Coordination

* Manage external consultants and coordinate multi-utility providers.
* Produce and review key technical plans and documentation.
* Assist the wider regional team in achieving key performance targets.
* Take ownership of one or more projects (depending on experience).
