Your Role:
🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with a range of learning needs .
🔹 Create a positive and structured classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence.
🔹 Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and support staff.
🔹 Use innovative and adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities.
🔹 Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic student support.
🔹 Track and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Experience working with students with SEN, ideally in a specialist or inclusive setting.
✅ A patient, compassionate, and flexible teaching approach.
✅ Strong knowledge of differentiation strategies and SEN teaching techniques .
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
