Team Member - Pizza Hut at Glenshire Group
We are currently recruiting for a Team Member as we add Pizza Hut to our business portfolio. This position will be based in Kirkcaldy.

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Position Overview: Team Members are versatile, gaining experience in customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant order.
Functional Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and safety for customers and staff
* Follow safety, sanitation, and security standards
* Execute responsibilities at assigned stations effectively
* Know menu items and promotions
* Handle cash transactions safely and according to standards
Leadership Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
* Lead and mentor peers
* Communicate with management to understand business needs
* Promote Yum!’s culture and values
* Deliver quality work and foster positive relationships
* Anticipate customer needs and resolve complaints professionally
Educational & Experience Requirements:
* GCSEs or equivalent in core subjects (grades A-D)
* Experience in food retail or service preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn new skills
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift up to 10 kg and move items over distances
* Stand for 8-12 hours
* Work in hot environments above 32°C
* Respond in loud settings
* Operate kitchen machinery and equipment
* Tolerance to exposure to products and sanitizing solutions
