About this job
The successful candidates will bring their experience and skills in one-to-one communications, recruitment, organising and campaigning. To undertake this role you will need to be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of the Trade Union and Labour movement and UNISON in the North West Region in particular. Previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a TU branch or within a similar organisation would also be desirable. The posts will be based in the Cumbria Resource Centre in Carlisle however you will need to be able to travel within the region and to the Regional Centre (in Manchester) and also possibly to London for meetings/training as required.
