We’re looking for ambitious Trainee Finance Brokers to join our dynamic team in Motherwell. What you will be doing · Working with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling! · Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat · Advising customers on tailored car finance options · Managing each customer’s journey from enquiry to approval · Coordinating with dealers and internal teams to finalise deals · Logging updates accurately in our CRM system · Verifying documents such as ID and bank details · Providing outstanding customer service – always World-class training from day one You’ll be fully trained through our in-house Ninja Training Academy – a hands-on, immersive learning experience that sets you up for success.
