Based in Lisburn, this opportunity operates on 3 days a week, Monday - Wednesday. This role will require you going through an Enhanced Access NI check. Your new role of receptionist involves call handling, general administrative support with daily operations, scanning/filing documents, as well as monitoring a shared email inbox. For you to thrive in this role you should have a minimum of 2 years in a busy receptionist/secretarial role. You should possess strong organisational skills as well as being proficient in IT systems including the Microsoft suite.
