Our client a well known & growing business based in Guildford is looking for a Trainee Payroll Assistant to join their Accountancy team.
Job Description
Trainee Payroll Assistant - Guildford
* Process weekly payroll
* Save timesheets in PDF and JPEG Format
* Add timesheets manually into current payroll system.
* Raising self bills and umbrella invoices
* Raising sales invoices either through system for sending out PDF's
* Adding expenses for contractors as and when necessary
* New starter checks.
* New client onboarding as and when required.
* Setting up payment runs
* Taking payments off sage accounts
* Formatting BACS
* Handling contractor/client queries by either phone or email!
* Helping with sending Statement on accounts to clients as and when required
* Helping the Accounts manager as and when required
