Are you an experienced and confident clinical professional ready to take the next step into a dynamic, field-based role?
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse in our South Region to take on a hybrid role.
Working closely with Registered Manager, you will manage your own small client caseload.
Also, you’ll be reporting to the National Clinical Lead to drive quality improvement, regionally.
What you'll be working:
This is a full-time position that involves both remote work, field-based activities and regular travel within the South Region.
Home Counties and London / Wiltshire / Gloucestershire / Hampshire

What you'll be doing:
* Clinical Management of agreed caseload, ensuring accurate care planning, review and assessment of competency requirements
* Deliver face to face competency based clinical skills training to Support Workers in the client home ensuring your teams are trained, confident, competent, and consistently delivering high-quality care
* Attend MDTs as required / maintain external professional relationships and help to drive business development within the region / company
* Deliver delegated clinical skills training to Care Managers ensuring annual competency is maintained
* Support with new client assessments
* Working along side National Clinical Lead to report on clinical governance oversight of the region, supporting with clinical project work, regulatory compliance, quality auditing, competency auditing, incident management, clinical supervisions

What you'll have:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring the client and support worker is at the heart of what we do while maintaining clinical excellence, with:
* Current NMC registration (essential)
* Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
* Recent experience delivering clinical training within complex care settings (essential)
* A training qualification or willingness to work towards one (desirable)
* Strong communication, coaching, and organisational skills
* A proactive, engaging, and supportive approach to learning and development
* A passion for clinical governance excellence, shared learning and service improvement
