Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this organisation. As they continue to evolve and develop, there are significant opportunities for progression within the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage an existing portfolio of clients, consulting on PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
2. Identify potential opportunities for new business (cross & up-selling).
3. Be the first point of contact for all clients.
4. Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
5. Effectively manage client relationships.
This role can be remote, with the expectation of attending an office at least once per month.
