You will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of high-profile, mass participation events that raise income, increase visibility, and strengthen Rowcroft’s presence in the community.

What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role you will need
* Proven experience working in an event management role, developing and delivering large events, with a proven track record in income generation or achieving commercial targets.
* Strong understanding of event logistics, risk management, and operational planning.
* Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* To be a creative problem solver, with a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to ensure everyone has the best possible Rowcroft experience.
