About the role: We now have an opportunity for a Senior Strategy & Insights Manager – Operations to join the Operations Leadership Team. This is a key strategic role, working directly with the Chief of Staff and Operations Director to lead the development and execution of Ocado Logistics’ operations strategy for a 16,000-strong colleague population. You will ensure initiatives align with business priorities, deliver clear performance metrics, and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive operational performance. This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior stakeholders across operations, planning, analytics, finance, and retail partners. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver strategy and insights across Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating insights clearly to influence operational decision-making. Collaborate with Analytics and Planning teams to deliver real-time dashboards and actionable operational insights. Hit the ground running, managing governance processes and supporting the delivery of operational priorities seamlessly. Skills & Requirements: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to generate data-driven insights and translate them into business recommendations. Strong presentation and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advantageous if you have experience in logistics, e-commerce, or management consultancy. Highly professional with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
