What your day will look like?

* Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
* Serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring swift resolution of issues and maintaining service excellence.
* Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to align team objectives with strategic goals.
* Oversee key operational processes, including the performance of a variety of products.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage team performance through regular feedback, training, and development, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

What our client is looking for?

* Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Possesses excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Has a high level of proficiency in IT tools (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Can prioritse tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
* Understands the importance of confidentiality, tact, and discretion.
* Is organised, methodical, and attentive to detail.
* Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment at a senior or team leader level.

Salary and Benefits:

* Up to £35,000PA.

This role is fully office based, Monday - Friday.
