We are looking for a field-based IT Engineer to join our Managed Services client based in Aberdeen. The role involves handling ServiceNow tickets and travelling to multiple sites each day to deliver hands‑on technical support, breakfix and deployment tasks across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
* Provide end‑user and device support for Windows 11, M365 and related technologies.
* Support Active Directory environments
* Support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
* Support and Deploy Apple, Samsung and other smart devices
* Troubleshoot, configure and Deploy hardware and software, dealing with any connectivity issues
* Work closely with the central operations team
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to a vehicle
* PVG / Disclosure Scotland (or willingness to obtain)
