No automotive experience is necessary – this is a great opportunity for someone looking to start in the motor trade. Full training will be provided. Essential qualities include strong organisational skills, a friendly manner, and a solid customer service background.
Job Role – Motor Vehicle Customer Service Advisor
Salary – Minimum Wage
Trainee Customer Service Advisor Duties include:
* Ensuring customers are informed about service and repair work required on their vehicles in a professional manner
* Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
* Selling additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
* Providing information on timescales and collection arrangements
* Producing job cards using the in-house computer system
* Updating customer and vehicle records
* Documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
* Preparing and completing invoices
Requirements for this role include:
* Previous experience within customer service is essential
* Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade
* Full driving licence
As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and the public.
