What you’ll be doing?
As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section - preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality rosette standard food.
You’ll use your passion, innovation and current trends to create new dishes alongside the Head Chef and support/mentor any Commis Chef’s and Apprentices working alongside you.

The successful candidate for the role of Chef De Partie will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing Rosette Standard food. You will be required to work well within the team and lead by example to the brigade.
