Job Description
As a Project Manager within our company's Engineering/Process Department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating several innovative projects aimed at improving the profitability and quality of the company's European operations.
Your missions will consist of:
1. Designing detailed analyses for each project, and objectively evaluating all technical solutions to a problem while calculating the project's ROI.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans, including implementation steps, timelines, required resources, and allocated budgets.
3. Coordinating and overseeing project execution to ensure the achievement of set objectives within specified timelines.
4. Designing, supervising procurement, installation, and validation of technological devices to improve operational processes, ensuring their integration.
5. Regularly monitoring project progress.
6. Proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. Ensuring comprehensive documentation of each project, including study results, calculation methods, tested solutions, and post-implementation analyses.
8. Collaborating closely with operational teams to understand their needs and challenges.
Qualifications
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field, and have previous experience in project management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector, or significant operational experience that has provided you with a deep understanding of processes.
You demonstrate skills in process analysis, problem-solving, and innovative solution development, along with proficiency in lean management methods.
You show an ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the capability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and high-level stakeholders.
An advanced level in Excel is required, in addition to a strong mathematical mind.
Additional Information
This job involves frequent travel throughout Europe (France, Spain, Poland, UK).
