Description
A rare apprenticeship opportunity has arisen to work for a successful and well-established Mortgage Brokerage in Bracknell. Think Mortgages is increasing their team and there is an opportunity to join us. You will provide direct administrative support and work closely with the mortgage processing team and brokers. This role has fantastic career progression opportunities within the financial services sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Data Entry – Keying Fact Finds
* Checking client documents and assessing case for affordability
* Answering inbound phone calls
* Liaise with Lenders, Insurance Companies, Solicitors and Clients ensuring all requirements are met and ensure all communications are logged.
* Production of Mortgage compliance documents.
* Use in house CRM to Track, monitor and update accordingly at each processing stage to completion
* Compliance checking mortgage cases
* Dealing with all correspondence
* Provide regular communication updates to MD, Paraplanners and Clients
* Continually develop own skills by attending training courses and maintaining up to date knowledge

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
